JAMB 2021 Mock Exam Experience - Share Here

The JAMB 2021 Mock exam is done and dusted. From the feedback we got on the JAMB 2021 Mock Exam Live Updates not much changed from what it was last year. If you have been practicing JAMB Past questions with the Myschool JAMB CBT Software or the Myschool CBT Mobile App, you won't find the main exam difficult as the lay out is quite similar.

Many candidates confessed they came across a good number of past questions on the  Myschool JAMB CBT Software or the Myschool CBT Mobile App. In as much as that was the case, we would still like to get first-hand experience on how the mock exam actually went in the various centres from candidates that participated in the exam.

- What was the verification process like?
- Were you required to power on the system? Or was it already powered on when you got there?
- How many questions were asked in each of the subjects?
- Did the system shut down automatically (for those their time elapsed before they were able to finish)?
- Was there any technical issue you encountered during the examination?
- Are there some irregularities you observed with the process and the exam itself
- What are the other things you think candidates that did not particpate in the mock exam should know?

Post all your experiences on the comment section. Please do keep it as a real as possible. Thanks.

JAMB to prosecute institutions and candidates found breaching the admission process

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has revealed that it will work with security agencies to prosecute any institution or candidate, found breaching its admission’s code of operations. The board made this known in its latest Weekly Bulletin. t said that henceforth, stringent measures, including prosecution, would be taken against erring candidates or institutions once a prima facie case has been established against them. JAMB Registrar noted that although the Central Admissions Process System (CAPS) had made the admission process transparent, fair, and equitable, some stakeholders were, however, working hard to circumvent the system. He said that one of the infractions observed, especially being committed by institutions, included offering candidates admission outside CAPS. Others are candidates to opt for other programmes, to give room for their favoured but low-scoring candidates and also offline admissions. The registrar described the acts as crimi...

Naim Sliti gave Tunisia an early lead that Mahmoud ‘Trezeguet’ Hassan cancelled before half-time at the 86,000-seat Borg el Arab stadium in Alexandria. Baher el Mohamady nodded Egypt in front on the hour only for Sliti to score again with 18 minutes remaining and a draw seemed likely until Salah struck. Bef...

Yourchoiceng Facts& History: The Chequered History Of 'Ghana Must Go'

'Ghana Must Go'  is the name of a common big bag used to store things or pack loads when traveling. But have you ever wondered why this bag is calle 'Ghana Must Go' in Nigeria and Ghana? In 1983, when Shehu Shagari was the President of Nigeria, an executive order was given to immigrants without proper immigration documents to leave the country or they would be arrested according to the law. Most of the immigrants were West Africans and mainly Ghanaians.  The peculiar thing about them as they left Nigeria was that, they were all seen in a particular type of bag that was either red or blue checked. The 'Ghana Must Go' bag. The migration was then named 'Ghana Must Go'. President Shehu Shagari sends Ghanaians packing from Nigeria (1983) In the 1970s, Ghana was facing a lot of economic hardship and just about the same time Nigeria had an oil boom, Nigeria’s economy was flourishing. Students writing computer-based UTME test. NAN photo The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board says it has not published the national and general minimum cut-off marks for placement of candidates into the nation’s tertiary institutions as being speculated in some quarters. The board’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in an interview with the  News Agency of Nigeria , on Wednesday in Lagos. According to him, there is no truth behind such speculations, adding that some persons, whom he described as fraudulent elements were behind the development with a ploy to defraud innocent Nigerians especially the candidates. Benjamin said the cut-off marks could only be arrived at with the inputs of critical stakeholders in the education sector scheduled for days ahead. “We want to seize this opportunity to caution the public especially candidates, not to allow themselves to be swindled by these desperate individuals that are peddling thi...

Facebook blocked my website. Here’s how I got it back again.

How to tell if your website has been blocked by Facebook My  personal blog  is relatively new. I’ve been blogging here for around a month now at the time of writing. But when I published my very  first post , I couldn’t share it to Facebook. I clicked the ‘Share’ button on my post… and  Sh*t !. Facebook hit me with an error message. “ Your message couldn’t be sent because it includes content that other people on Facebook have reported as abusive .” Whaaat?! How can my website already be flagged as abusive? It’s brand new! I tried  again . And  again. Always the same thing. I knew I was in trouble, so I ran straight to Google to see what this error meant. And there it was. In black and white. Your website and it’s content has been blocked by Facebook This was bad timing when I was trying to launch a new blog. I went back to Google. “How to unblock your website from Facebook” So much information. Some old, some new. This was three weeks ago. And I’ve spe...
